Transportation
The closest station to the venue is Station Bijlmer ArenA. You can reach it as follows:

We strongly advise against coming by car because large parts of the A10 highway will be blocked by the ‘Festival op de ring’ and other roads around the city will be very busy. More information about road closings here: https://opdering.amsterdam/en/transport-access/.
How to get venue
There is construction work in the surroundings of the venue, so make sure to plan your journey in advance.

What to bring
Have your ticket ready
We’ll have a few volunteers scanning your Eventbrite tickets as you arrive, so please make sure that you have yours ready.Buy or bring your own lunch
There is a restaurant in the building on the first floor. You can buy your lunch there.
Of course you can bring lunch for yourself and something small to share with your new friends.Water bottles, coffee tumblers
There are Join The Pipe fountains and coffee machines located around the venue.
Please bring your own water bottle and coffee tumbler as disposable cups are banned at the university.
Running a session?
If you are planning on running a session and need to use a laptop, all rooms have both USB-C & HDMI ports for you to connect. If necessary please bring the appropriate HDMI adapter yourself.

Venue map
The event takes place on the first & second floor.
Once you enter the building, please go to the first floor and you will see the registration. Get your badge and head to the opening room.
For session rooms, the room 1-5 are on the second floor and the room 6 (which is the opening room) is on the first floor.
